Fitting hard disk into an empty drive rack

Requirements:

Mounting screws for installation of hard disk drives

Suitable screwdriver

Key for hard disk drive rack

Step Action

1 Swing out the hard disk cover on the front of the device.

2 Release the empty drive using the key.

3 Open the drive rack frame and pull out the drive rack frame.

Insert the hard disk to be connected into the empty drive rack and secure it with the fastening

screws.

Open the drive rack frame for the new hard disk and slide the hard disk into the drive rack slot of

the video recorder.

Swing down the frame.

Result: The hard disk is now connected to the video recorder.

7 Lock the drive rack using the key.

Swing the hard disk cover back into position.
